It would be great to have a Timeline Chart View. The Y-axis would be a category axis and the x-axis would be time series. Each point in the series would have start date and end date.
This would be very useful to plot data in Gantt like fashion and can have many uses such as project management, event timelines etc.7 votes
Thanks for the idea.
A nice feature that many calendars have is that you can touch the appointment and slide it in different hour, and give an event about this change.5 votes
Today, NucliOS controls only work for iOS. It would be nice to create a gauge or chart for use on the Mac desktop (OS X).2 votes
We have no current plans to pursue an OS X product, but we will keep this open to monitor interest. Thanks.
With a stacked area series chart, when values in the first series go negative and then positive again, the first series is drawn behind the second rather than stacked. When the series are opaque, this issue become more egregious because the first data series is completely obscured.
Unfortunately, I have been told by the Infragistics development support team that adding this functionality is currently not possible given how the chart's framework was designed. Attached is a screenshot demonstrating this issue.4 votes
I'm comparing 2 months of data and I want both pie charts to display the same legends. I also need both pie charts to use the same colours for the same items. Right now when I compare a chart with 2 items to one that has 1 item, the colours don't match. Both chart's item 1 are the same colour however item 1 on the second chart should match item 2 on the first chart.
Currently, the IGChart assumes an even distribution of data points. 12 points in sequence will spread evenly across the x-axis. Excel style charts in which the labels and density of the graph are predefined would be nice. Then non-uniform data points would be distributed along that graph in their correct location.
In the attached png, the top image is how three data points of values 1,2, and 5 would be distributed. The bottom is how that chart would look if the labels and x-axis were decoupled from the data series.4 votes
Thanks for the idea. It is a possible improvement we could make, to be sure.
The gradient brush should support angular gradients. See attached.1 vote
